Role Overview
Strategic Partnerships Officer will support RHCF’s fundraising and partnership efforts with CSR teams, foundations, philanthropic institutions, and grant-making organisations. The role involves identifying opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, managing donor communication, and helping strengthen long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential CSR, foundation, and institutional funding opportunities
- Support development of grant proposals, concept notes, presentations, and donor reports
- Coordinate outreach and communication with prospective and existing partners
- Maintain partnership pipelines and fundraising trackers
- Work closely with programme teams to gather impact data, stories, and documentation
- Assist in preparing partnership decks, annual reports, and institutional communication materials
- Represent RHCF in meetings, events, and partnership discussions when required
Preferred Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, CSR engagement, business development, or nonprofit communication
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Comfortable with proposal writing, donor communication, and relationship management
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Interest in development or social impact work
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely interested in building long-term partnerships for social impact. Prior experience in the development/CSR sector will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
