Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager to build and own Healthfort's diagnostic lab business across Delhi NCR. You will independently manage the full sales cycle — from identifying the right prospects to closing contracts — with the Founder's direct support at key stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of standalone diagnostic labs across Delhi NCR
- Build relationships with lab owners and decision-makers through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach
- Understand customer needs and present Healthfort's solutions with a clear business case
- Manage proposals, negotiations, and contract closures with Founder involvement at key stages
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline and share regular progress updates
- Provide market feedback on customer sentiment, competition, and emerging opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, lab equipment, or medical devices
- An established network of standalone lab owners or diagnostic centre managers in Delhi NCR — this is essential, not preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals
- Confident in owner-level conversations — focused on business outcomes, not just product features
- Strong communicator in Hindi and English
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Experience selling software led products in healthcare
