We are hiring a business development manager (BDM) to lead new business for Aureate Labs across international markets. You will build relationships with decision-makers at D2C and eCommerce brands and own the full sales cycle, from first touch to closed deal.

- Identify and close new business in North America, Europe, and MENA.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at D2C brands, retailers, and eCommerce companies — Founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Digital leads.
- Understand client pain points and pitch tailored solutions across Magento, Shopify, and growth services like CRO, Paid Ads, and SEO.
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Build and automate outreach sequences using AI tools to personalize at scale and improve reply and meeting rates.
- Test, measure, and refine messaging, targeting, and cadence based on what actually converts.
- Work with internal teams to build strong proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
- Coordinate scoping and handover with delivery so what you sell is what we can deliver.
- Keep the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) updated with accurate pipeline and lead status.
- Track competitor activity and emerging trends to sharpen our positioning.
- Report performance metrics and pipeline insights to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Magento, and eCommerce growth strategies (CRO, Ads, SEO).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in consultative selling.
- Hands-on with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
- Proven ability to close international clients and manage long sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition.
- Direct sales experience with international clients, especially in the eCommerce domain, is highly preferred.
