Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for hospital and corporate hiring. Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, consultants, and field hiring. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per department requirements. Coordinate interviews with department heads and management. Maintain candidate database, interview trackers, and hiring reports. Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and proper onboarding coordination. Follow up with candidates regularly regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities. Support bulk hiring for nursing, operations, sales, pharmacy, RMOs, technicians, and support staff. Coordinate with HR team for offer letters, documentation, and employee verification. Maintain professionalism and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Work on hiring targets and ensure closures within defined timelines. Candidates hired should meet defined UTI (Utilization) expectations after joining. Salary processing and incentives will be linked and processed as per UTI (Utilization) performance and achievement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
