Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and channel partners at the site sales office.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for appointments and meetings.
- Create and maintain customer entries in the CRM system.
- Verify customer details and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain the reception area and support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Prepare daily visitor and CRM reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of front office/reception experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
