Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and sell training programs to students and institutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of the education/training industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development / Sales
