Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Administration Implement, configure, and support AWS cloud foundation services. Manage and maintain AWS resources including VPCs, EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, Route 53, and Load Balancers. Ensure cloud environments are stable, secure, highly available, and operationally efficient. Monitor platform health, resource utilization, and service performance. Identity, Security & Governance Administer AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. Implement security controls, encryption standards, and access governance policies. Support cloud compliance requirements and security best practices. Perform vulnerability remediation and security posture improvements. Ensure adherence to enterprise cloud governance frameworks and operational controls. Networking & Connectivity Configure and maintain cloud networking services including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPNs, Direct Connect, Route Tables, Security Groups, and Network ACLs. Support hybrid cloud connectivity and enterprise network integrations. Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues. Implement high availability and resilient network architectures. Cloud Operations & Support Administer cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, and operational excellence. Perform incident, problem, and change management activities. Support patching, upgrades, maintenance, and platform lifecycle activities. Develop operational procedures and runbooks for cloud services. Platform Deployment & Service Management Deploy cloud services following enterprise architecture, standards, and governance controls. Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Support cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives. Ensure platform services meet reliability, performance, and scalability requirements. Automation & DevOps Enablement Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting tools. Support CI/CD pipeline integration and cloud-native deployment practices. Automate routine operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Partner with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and release processes. Cloud Adoption & Engineering Collaboration Collaborate with Application, Platform, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams. Enable cloud-native best practices and platform adoption across development teams. Provide technical guidance for cloud solution implementation and optimization. Support application onboarding and production readiness activities. Monitoring & Cost Optimization Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using AWS-native and third-party tools. Monitor cloud spend and recommend optimization opportunities. Drive resource rightsizing and utilization improvements. Support FinOps and cloud cost governance initiatives.

Skill Requirements
