- Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking drink and food orders, and providing recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Beverage Preparation: Mixing drinks according to recipes, preparing garnishes, and ensuring proper presentation of drinks.
- Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Handling cash and credit card payments, providing change, and balancing cash receipts.
- Bar Maintenance: Stocking bar supplies, cleaning the bar area, glassware, and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of beverages.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant alcohol service laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Customer Safety: Monitoring customer behavior, preventing over-intoxication, and ensuring a safe environment.
