The Role
We are looking for a highly disciplined Travel Operations Specialist to support our daily operations and take full ownership of our clients' travel needs. You will act as the operational backbone for our corporate accounts, ensuring every booking, itinerary, and client request is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, assisting them with all daily travel requirements and inquiries.
- Handle ticketing, modifications, cancellations, and immediate troubleshooting for any travel disruptions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client bookings to support our automated reconciliation processes.
- Work directly with leadership to ensure our booking and support process remains a simple, frictionless experience for the client.

- Flawless Communication: There is absolutely no compromise on this. You must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills to interact professionally and confidently with enterprise clients.
- Operational Discipline: A sharp attention to detail. You must execute tasks accurately the first time.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You can handle urgent travel changes, delays, or client requests quickly and calmly without dropping the ball.
Qualifications
- Minimum 01 years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel management, or B2B travel support.
- Strong hands-on experience with travel booking portals and ticketing systems.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in a professional setting.
