● Develop and execute Google Ad campaigns to meet business objectives. ● Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and shopping, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
● Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
● Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
● Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
● Know industry trends and advancements in Google Ads, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
● Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
requirements and qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of experience in strategizing & executing Google ads campaigns. ● Experience in B2B is preferred
● Should be well versed with Google ads & Facebook Ads.
● Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue targets and business goals. ● Able to run both conversion and lead generation campaigns
● Ability to improve campaign conversion rates & ROAS metrics.
● Strong understanding of funnels and their associated metrics.
● Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & pattern-interrupt ads. ● Ability to scale campaigns in identified markets rapidly based on ROI benchmarking. ● Strong understanding of optimization tactics that impact ROI metrics. ● Hands-on experience in setting up & managing reporting dashboards and analytics. ● Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup & thrive under pressure.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
