Job Summary
Talent Craft India is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chess Trainer to conduct online classes for students aged 5 to 15 years. The candidate should be capable of teaching beginner to intermediate levels in a structured and engaging manner through live virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online chess classes (individual and group sessions)
- Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, openings, middlegame, and endgame concepts
- Prepare structured lesson plans and follow curriculum guidelines
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Conduct practice games and internal tournaments
- Maintain class discipline and ensure student engagement
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance when required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching chess (online or offline)
- Strong understanding of chess strategies and principles
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Comfortable using Zoom or Google Meet for online classes
- Ability to manage group sessions effectively
- Patient and professional approach towards children
Preferred Qualifications
- District, State, or National level chess participation
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Chess.com or Lichess
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or Desktop with stable internet connection
- Working webcam and microphone
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary between ₹12,000 and ₹25,000
- Salary based on experience, teaching skills, and demo performance
