Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead large-scale architectural projects from initial concept through detailed design, tender, and on-site delivery.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their needs, presenting proposals, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
- Design & Documentation: Develop intricate architectural plans, 3D models, and construction documents using industry-standard software
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all designs and construction drawings comply with local building codes, health, safety, and sustainability standards
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate architects
- Construction Administration: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality control.
Pay: ₹19,723.41 - ₹72,900.34 per month
