Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify and contact new companies, contractors, and potential clients to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities, companies, and contractors in our target markets
- Outreach: Make cold calls, send emails, and use other channels to contact potential clients and introduce our products
- Product Promotion: Clearly present, promote, and sell our products/services to prospective clients
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Market Feedback: Gather client feedback and market insights to share with the product and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Sales Skills: Strong phone presence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred. Freshers with great communication may apply
- Self-Motivated: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
