- Order processing: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, generating necessary documents like invoices and packing lists.
- Logistics coordination: Work with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory and warehouse management: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and oversee warehouse operations like order scheduling and handling returns.
- Process optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the order fulfillment and dispatch process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting and data management: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on dispatch performance, such as on-time delivery rates.
- Team supervision: Train and supervise dispatch staff to enhance team performance and ensure efficient operations.
