Continuously evaluate the quality risks and escalate all potential quality issues and risks and initiate all actions as defined

Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, maintained, & arrange regular audits

Ensures clear, concise, & accurate policies, procedures and documents are provided & maintained

Anchor the periodic Quality Management Reviews Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Provide this information on a timely basis to the senior leadership team so that clear future strategy can be mapped and achieve

Guide senior leaders in the correct implementation of the QMS

Ensure closure of CAPA for deviations, OOS, Market complaints, conducting CAPA meetings

Ensure the Quality training function imparts right and relevant content to the stakeholders, meeting all regulatory and business requirements. Ensure systems for effective training management are in place

Ensure the process of supplier Quality assurance system is in place and the right risk mitigation strategies are executed as per the agreed timelines

Maintain a valid QA agreement which is in line with the regulatory and Global Baxter norms
- Ensure Annual Product Reviews (APQRs) are completed as per agreed plan (timelines) and actions implemented accordingly
- Deploy and maintain the Product Quality Complaints management process and ensure timely closure of complaint investigation. Ensure Field Alerts are initiated as per the requirements
- Review and supervise product recall related activity for completeness and correctness

Ensure Mock Recall is completed per defined periodicity and recommendations
