Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Property Advisory Specialist to guide clients in making informed real estate decisions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and helping them choose the right property.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and investment goals
- Provide expert advice on suitable properties (residential/commercial/international)
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients throughout the buying process
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Stay updated with market trends and project details
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales / advisory
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of property market and investment concepts
- Ability to guide clients effectively
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Graduation (preferred)
