Role Overview
Anantech Ventures Limited is looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates and requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome and check-in visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and vendors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Manage courier dispatch, inward/outward registers, and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and conference room arrangements
Admin & Office Support
- Arrange refreshments (tea/coffee/lunch) for visiting clients
- Distribute application forms to candidates and assist during walk-ins
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleanliness and water supplies
- Manage office supplies and basic inventory requirements
HR & Employee Support
- Maintain records for employee late marks and half-day slips
- Address employee queries related to uniforms, bags, and lockers
- Support employee joining-day coordination
- Send birthday emails and arrange sweets for employees
- Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
Reports & Documentation
- Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and daily reports
- Provide basic MIS support and data entry
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–10 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Admin role
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Gmail, Zoho, printers, scanners, etc.
- Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional appearance with a positive and team-oriented attitude
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 (Fixed)
