Human Resource Manager – Bhopal

About the Role
ACEDS Private Limited is seeking a Human Resource Manager to establish and lead the HR function for its upcoming manufacturing facility in Bhopal. This leadership role will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, compliance, industrial relations, organizational development, and HR systems to support the company's growth in advanced manufacturing and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Organization Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and expansion objectives.
- Build HR policies, processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational structuring for manufacturing and engineering operations.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead hiring across manufacturing, engineering, R&D, quality, procurement, service, and technical sales functions.
- Develop talent pipelines through industry, academic, and technical institution partnerships.
- Implement competency-based recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, and related regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace compliance.
- Support safety, productivity, and workforce engagement initiatives.
Performance, Learning & HR Systems
- Design performance management, compensation, and incentive frameworks.
- Drive leadership development, technical training, and succession planning.
- Implement HRMS/ERP systems and HR analytics for effective decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Labour Law or HR Analytics certification preferred.
Experience
- 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology, mining, metals, automation, heavy equipment, or related sectors.
- Experience in greenfield projects or factory setup preferred.
