Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for solar EPC projects.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for rooftop, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar projects. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industries, government agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
- Handle complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to project closure.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand company presence across regions.
- Lead marketing campaigns, branding activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for proposal preparation and project costing.
- Participate in government tenders and private bidding opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, business reports, and revenue planning.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team to achieve organizational targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Support management in strategic planning and business expansion.
Required Skills:
1) Technical & Industry Skills-
- Strong knowledge of solar EPC business and renewable energy sector.
- Understanding of rooftop solar systems, net metering, solar policies, and subsidies. Experience in industrial, commercial, and utility solar project sales.
- Knowledge of tendering process and government solar schemes.
- Ability to understand technical proposals and commercial costing.

5) Eligibility Criteria-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in solar sales & marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in leadership or managerial role.
- Strong network in solar industry and industrial sector preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
