Geeta University, Naultha, Panipat, Haryana
Educational Qualification.
- Graduate in any discipline will be preferred.
Experience Required
- Prior experience in hostel management, warden support, or housekeeping supervision will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and aptitude for student welfare work may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall welfare, safety, and well-being of hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations among students.
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of hostel residents.
- Coordinate closely with the Hostel Warden on day-to-day hostel operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure timely escalation to concerned authorities.
- Liaise with the maintenance team for upkeep and repair of hostel infrastructure.
- Supervise mess and housekeeping staff to ensure hygiene and service standards.
- Conduct regular night rounds to ensure student safety and rule compliance.
- Maintain accurate records pertaining to hostel inventory, complaints, and student movement.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage discipline sensitively and effectively.
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Alertness, patience, and a responsible attitude toward student welfare.
