KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Product Strategy, Problem Discovery & Prioritisation
- Understand customer pain points, market needs, business goals, and operational challenges to identify product opportunities.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product priorities aligned to business objectives.
- Support creation and refinement of the product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, urgency, and strategic relevance.
- Evaluate feature requests, enhancements, and improvement opportunities with a structured prioritisation lens.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve product usability, scalability, and customer value.
B. Requirement Definition & Product Development
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirement documents, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Design Manager and UI/UX Designer to ensure product experiences are intuitive, usable, and aligned to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure product quality.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, feature reviews, and release planning discussions.
- Ensure product scope is clearly defined and aligned across all stakeholders before development begins.
C. Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery Collaboration
- Work closely with the Product Delivery Manager and Product Delivery Associate to ensure product initiatives are executed as per defined timelines and priorities.
- Align with QA, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure launch readiness, internal enablement, and smooth rollout of features.
- Act as the central product point of view during execution, ensuring the business intent of the product is preserved through delivery.
- Support issue resolution during development and pre-release stages through active decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure product launches are well-coordinated and communicated across impacted teams.
D. Product Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product adoption, feature usage, customer feedback, support trends, and operational pain points post launch.
- Work with the Product Analyst to derive insights, identify performance gaps, and recommend product improvements.
- Review qualitative and quantitative data to understand what is working, what is not, and where intervention is required.
- Drive continuous iteration and enhancement of product features based on feedback and business performance.
- Ensure product decisions are informed by both customer empathy and measurable outcomes.
E. Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment
- Engage with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Present product priorities, release plans, feature logic, and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to capture frontline learnings and recurring issues.
- Build trust across teams by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and clarity in product decision-making.
- Act as a strong bridge between business needs, user expectations, and technology execution.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
