Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and managing data collected during the Choice Foundation School Screening Programme. The role involves recording student health screening information, maintaining confidential records, generating reports, and ensuring timely submission of data to the programme management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter student screening data accurately into the designated software/database.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data collected from screening forms.
- Maintain and update electronic records of students screened.
- Ensure confidentiality of all student and medical information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, optometrists, audiometrists, and programme staff to obtain complete data.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and missing information.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and electronic records.
- Maintain backup copies of programme data.
- Assist in preparing summary reports and statistical data.
- Support administrative activities related to the screening programme.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Programme Coordinator or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Intermediate with relevant computer certification.
- Certification in Computer Applications/Data Entry is preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, NGOs, or school health programmes is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and online data entry tools.

Working Conditions
- Travel to schools as part of the screening programme may be required.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
