Job Title: Service Advisor – Electric Vehicle (EV) Job Summary: The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities: Receive customers and understand their vehicle service concerns. Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately. Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repair. Explain service requirements, costs, and timelines to customers. Update customers on service progress. Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work completed. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: Any Degree/Diploma (preferred). Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles and vehicle service processes. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in automobile or EV service industry preferred.
