Position: Construction Manager – Floating Solar
Location: Gujrat and Jharkhand
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Qualification: B Tech – Electrical or Equivalent
A Construction Manager for Floating Solar oversees the on-site installation, assembly, and safety compliance of solar power plants built on water bodies like reservoirs, lakes, or ponds
Key Responsibilities
· On-Site Supervision: Directs and monitors daily construction and installation activities, ensuring timely completion as per approved drawings, schedules, and specifications.
· Marine & Land Coordination: Oversees marine and land-based activities including dredging, anchoring, mooring (such as helical &rock bolt anchors), launching, deployment, and installation of HDPE walkways and related works.
· Floater & PV Installation: Manages the deployment, assembly, interconnection, and installation of floater materials, floating platforms, PV modules, connectors, walkways, and associated components.
· Quality & HSE Compliance: Ensures construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements, including proper inspection and as-built documentation.
· Vendor, Manpower & Contractor Management: Coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and equipment teams to achieve project milestones within the planned timeline and budget.
