Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential housing projects.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and project site tours.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested clients.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until deal closure.
- Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, and loan coordination if required.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead management records, and CRM updates.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in residential property sales.
- Experience in handling affordable housing or residential projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate market, especially Zundal, Chandkheda, Tragad, Vaishnodevi, and nearby areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform extensive field work and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of property documentation and sales processes.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
