Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries
- Explain course details and convert leads into enrollments
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets in an Inside Sales Executive role
- Provide accurate information about courses and training programs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Telecalling / Academic Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel / CRM tools)
- Interest in financial markets or trading is a plus
