We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial activities and support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payment records, and expense reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll-related records.
- Monitor employee expense claims and other financial transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments and coordinate for timely collections.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain records related to fixed assets and other financial documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
- Support statutory compliance activities related to GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other applicable requirements.
Office Operations
- Support day-to-day office administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain proper records of office expenses, purchases, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support smooth coordination between HR, and other internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and company information.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, payroll, or office operations.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Zoho Payroll will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and other office tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, responsible, and positive approach toward work.
