We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) with 2–3 years of proven experience in generating business through Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork to generate qualified business leads.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, high-quality proposals.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope and build strong business relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, client communications, and project pipelines.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to long-term client retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development through Upwork.
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously..
