Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹40,902.00 per month
