Job Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Spa Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests while supporting the smooth operations of the spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest appointments, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Explain spa treatments, services, packages, and offers to guests.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with therapists and the spa operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and daily transactions.
- Promote spa services and achieve upselling and sales targets.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean and presentable.
- Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a memorable spa experience.
- Follow company SOPs and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong grooming and presentation standards.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales and upselling skills will be an advantage.
- Experience in Spa, Salon, Hotel, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
