About the role
- We are hiring a Studio Executive to support day-to-day content execution and client coordination across our Studio accounts. This is a hands-on execution role — you will work closely with the Studio Lead, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to deliver content on time and to standard.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast in a real agency environment with direct client exposure from day one.
What you will do
- Execute social media content as per approved content calendars for multiple clients
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for timely asset delivery
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Track content performance and prepare basic weekly/monthly reports for clients
- Assist with client communication under the Studio Lead's guidance
- Log daily work in the Studio tracker and flag any delays proactively
- Support the Studio Lead on new client onboarding and campaign briefs
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a creative agency (freshers with a strong portfolio will be considered)
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — content formats, posting best practices, and basic analytics
- Comfortable using Canva for basic content creation and editing
- Strong written Hindi and English — you will draft captions, copy, and client messages
- Organised and deadline-driven — you manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus, not mandatory
- Based in Jaipur — this is a full-time on-site role
