Job Overview
HyreSpot is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across assigned territories. The role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, strengthen channel partnerships, expand market coverage, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives within the assigned region.
Recruit, train, guide, and monitor District Sales Managers (DSMs) and field sales teams.
Expand and manage a strong network of channel partners to increase market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities and support territory expansion initiatives.
Review sales performance regularly and implement action plans to improve productivity.
Conduct market visits to evaluate business potential, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Territory Management.
Proven experience managing multiple districts, regions, or large sales territories.
Strong leadership skills with experience handling and developing sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
