Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound SDR / Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through digital channels. This role requires fast response time, strong qualification skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Respond to inbound leads within 10–15 minutes
- Qualify and categorize leads (Hot, Warm, Nurture)
Inside Sales
- Contact marketing-qualified leads via phone, email & WhatsApp
- Understand customer needs and schedule product demos
- Handle objections confidently and build trust
- Maintain consistent follow-ups for maximum conversion
CRM & Reporting
- Record all interactions in CRM
- Maintain lead hygiene and follow-up schedules
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings & pipeline generation
Required SkillsMust Have
- 1–4 years of Inside Sales / Inbound Sales / Customer Success experience
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong phone etiquette & active listening skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Customer-first mindset
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS / CRM / IT Services / Digital Marketing / Software Sales
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Experience handling digital inbound leads
