Key Responsibilities-
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities and expand market presence across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Technical Sales: Consult with architects, consultants, and end-users to provide tailored technical solutions.
- Proposal Generation: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, cost estimations, and presentations.
- Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations, payment terms, and project scopes to finalize orders.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced within the PEB industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PEB structural design, steel construction, and industry codes.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD and STAAD Pro is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
