Job Overview
Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced Commerce & Economics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering quality education to Intermediate and Degree students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce and Economics subjects for Intermediate and Degree students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions with effective teaching methodologies.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and college events.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Commerce and/or Economics.
- Experience teaching Intermediate and Degree students is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Good classroom management and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
