Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to drive sales of garage equipment and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) cleaning systems across India specifically Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Punjab alongside other Indian states. You will cultivate and manage OEM relationships, engage dealers, garages, and fleet owners, and convert leads into long-term customers. This role demands a proactive self-starter who is travel-ready and deeply familiar with the regional automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, dealers, garages, and fleet operators across India.
- Map and penetrate target territories Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, UP, Rajasthan leveraging local network.
- Map and penetrate target territories Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala leveraging local network.
Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong OEM and dealer partnerships; negotiate terms and contracts.
- Maintain robust pipeline in CRM; ensure timely follow-up and account reviews.
- Product Expertise & Demonstrations:
- Present technical demos of garage equipment and DPF cleaning machines; articulate ROI and compliance benefits.
- Address customer queries with deep product knowledge and confidence.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Plan and execute territory visits; manage monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotations, and post-sale support plans.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback:
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends; share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Recommend product enhancements based on field feedback and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience:
- 3-5 years in B2B sales of automotive garage equipment and/or DPF cleaning systems.
- Communication & Presentation:
- Brilliant verbal and written English; ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Confident, well-groomed, and highly presentable in meetings and demos.
- Interpersonal & Negotiation:
- Strong relationship-building skills; adept at closing high-value deals.
- Resilient and persuasive under rejection.
- Territory Knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of North Indian automotive market dealers, garages, fleet owners.
- Existing regional network is a plus.
- Technical & Computer Proficiency:
- Comfortable with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
- Mobility:
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%); valid driver’s license.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in automotive aftermarket.
- Experience liaising with OEMs and managing distributor networks.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations around DPF cleaning and emissions.
- Age: 22–32 years
