Duties & Responsibilities
- Talk to customers: Handle complaints, feedback, follow-ups
- Build relationships: Make sure customers feel valued so they come back
- Track data: Know what customers buy, what they like, when to reach out
- Work with Sales & Support teams to solve customer problems
