We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple digital marketing, SEO, website development, and branding projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage teams, communicate with clients, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with SEO, SMO, Web Development, Content, and Design teams.
- Plan project timelines and assign tasks.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
- Communicate project updates with clients.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Improve internal workflows and team productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Experience with SEO, SMO, PPC, Website Development, and Branding projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
