We are hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations at Lord of the Drinks, Haldwani (UK). The role involves managing staff, maintaining service quality, handling guest feedback, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and ensure customer retention.
- Monitor inventory, billing, and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant, lounge, or hotel).
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and restaurant operations.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local marketing and event promotions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.
- Active involvement and strong understanding of social media marketing.
