Job Description (JD)
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Recovery Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring timely collections while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls and field visits (if required).
✅ Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment recovery.
✅ Maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.
✅ Negotiate repayment plans with customers when necessary.
✅ Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for payment reconciliation and account updates.
✅ Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
✅ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations during recovery processes.
Requirements:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Recovery, Collections, Loan Recovery, or related field.
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.
✔ Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
✔ Local area knowledge of Delhi will be an added advantage.
