Production Worker
The Production Worker is responsible for carrying out assigned production tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring that output meets required quality standards and production targets. This role supports smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned production operations as per instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Operate machines or assist in production processes under supervisor guidance.
- Follow quality standards and report defects or abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow safety rules, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain safe working practices.
- Meet production targets and timelines set by the supervisor.
- Assist in material handling, loading, unloading, and packing activities.
- Report machine issues, shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain discipline and follow company rules and policies.
Requirements:
- Basic education preferred; technical training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile unit is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
