Position Overview
Healing Hands Clinic is looking for an experienced and responsible Canteen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic canteen. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining hygiene and food quality standards, managing staff, controlling inventory, and providing a pleasant dining experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of the canteen.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Supervise canteen staff and manage their duties and schedules.
- Monitor food preparation, serving, and overall service quality.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of food supplies.
- Control food wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Maintain records of stock, purchases, expenses, and daily operations.
- Ensure the canteen follows all hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working environment among the canteen staff.
- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Canteen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, vendors, and daily operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare and professional environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
