Responsbilities -:
- Process Design of part (Control Plan).
- Part development & feasibility analysis .
- Special gauges & standard gauges design.
- Jig & fixture design for CNC, VMC, and broaching machines.
- Preparation of PPAP documents like APQP, PFMEA.
- Maintain updated Process records, engineering documents.
- Track progress of activities like prototype manufacturing, tool readiness, fixture development.
- Preparation of machining costing from forging to finished component.
- Cost estimation for turning, machining, broaching, and related manufacturing operations.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Process Planning, Fixture Design, Gauge Design, Feasibility Study.
- preparing Control Plans, PFDs, forging and blank drawings for Crown Wheel & Pinion (CWP) and transmission components.
Education -:
- Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
- candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience can apply.
Software Skills -:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Engineering Drawing
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- 2D & 3D Modeling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
