Job Summary:
The HR Executive oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. This role ensures compliance with HR policies and supports organizational goals through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide support on HR policies and employment laws.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts promptly.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes and evaluations.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and manage documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams on HR-related issues.
- Communicate HR policies and updates effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR (preferable)
- 3-7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team management experience.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per month as per management requirement.

Pay: Up to ₹520,000.00 per year
