Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support business analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand business needs and help translate them into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel or BI tools.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with product, development, QA, and project teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Maintain project documentation and track requirements throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create clear documentation and reports.
- Attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or Visio is a plus.
