Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and organized Spare Parts Incharge to manage spare parts inventory, stock movement, and spare parts sales activities. The candidate will ensure proper availability of parts, maintain stock records, coordinate with service teams, and support smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Monitor stock availability and place orders for required parts.
- Handle inward and outward stock entries in the system.
- Coordinate with service engineers and customers regarding spare parts requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock transactions and invoices.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Track slow-moving and fast-moving spare parts.
- Follow company procedures for stock management and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare parts store.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of spare parts and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, software entry).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
