KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth ● Lead the complete sales function of the company across all business verticals. ● Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies. ● Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and business expansion. ● Identify and develop new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. ● Ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability objectives. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 2. Business Development ● Generate business opportunities for New Elevator Installations. ● Drive Elevator Modernization and Upgrade projects. ● Expand AMC portfolio through acquisition of new maintenance contracts. ● Promote repair, replacement, and value-added service sales. ● Build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, facility managers, societies, corporates, and industrial clients. ● Participate in major commercial negotiations and contract closures. 3. Team Management & Leadership ● Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team across all departments. ● Set departmental and individual sales targets. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings. ● Develop and implement sales processes and reporting structures. ● Ensure accountability, productivity, and professional conduct within the team. ● Create succession plans and develop future sales leaders. 4. Training & Talent Development ● Train, mentor, and develop Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, and Interns. ● Conduct induction programs for new team members. ● Organize product knowledge and sales skill development sessions. ● Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans. ● Foster a performance-driven and growth-oriented work culture. 5. Strategic Planning & Reporting ● Prepare annual sales budgets and business forecasts. ● Maintain sales pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. ● Review sales reports, conversion ratios, and revenue performance. ● Analyze business trends and recommend corrective actions. ● Present sales performance updates to senior management. ● Develop action plans for target achievement and market expansion. 6. Client Relationship Management ● Attend client meetings, project discussions, and commercial negotiations. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. ● Handle major accounts and strategic clients. ● Resolve escalated customer concerns in coordination with operations and service teams. ● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Coordinate closely with Operations, Projects, Service, Procurement, and Finance teams. ● Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to execution teams. ● Support collection follow-ups for key accounts where required. ● Work collaboratively with management to achieve company objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. ● MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage. ● Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Elevator Industry. ● Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is mandatory. ● Proven experience handling Elevator Installation, Modernization, and AMC Sales. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
