Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and bidding platforms.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM software and managing the complete sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of B2B sales and online service marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Cloud, AI, Big Data, or related technology domains is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
