Job Summary
JJ Pump Private Limited is hiring Production Workers for machine operation in our pump and motor manufacturing facility. Candidates will be responsible for operating production machines, handling materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Freshers with an ITI, Diploma, or relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machines such as CNC, VMC, Lathe, Drilling, Press, Grinding, and Assembly equipment.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Inspect components for quality and report defects.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Maintain production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
