We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers.
- Document customer interactions and update records in support tools.
- Meet response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
